  • Operational procedures and controls to provide for configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of technology and information systems according to prescribed internal and adopted industry standards, including secure disposal of systems and media to render all information or data contained therein as undecipherable or unrecoverable prior to final disposal or release from the Company’s possession.
  • Network security controls that provide for the use of enterprise firewalls and layered DMZ architectures, and intrusion detection systems and other traffic and event correlation procedures designed to protect systems from intrusion and limit the scope of any successful attack.
  • Vulnerability assessment, patch management, and threat protection technologies and scheduled monitoring procedures designed to identify, assess, mitigate and protect against identified security threats, viruses and other malicious code.

Where do we transfer your data?

Your use of our Website will involve the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information within and outside of your country of residence consistent with this policy.
We also transfer your personal data to the Republic of Korea for which an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists. This Privacy Policy describes our practices over the last 12 months with respect to categories of information we collect, the sources of that information, and how we have disclosed it. Nevada law gives residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. We are not considered a data broker under the Nevada law and do not sell your personal information.

Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked.
