The Randstad Employer Brand Research is the biggest employee perception survey in the world, carried out for 15 years in Poland. This year, it asked 171,000 participants around the world to assess approximately 6,400 companies based on their job security, opportunities for growth, and financial stability while working for them.

Over 4,600 individuals in Poland participated – employees, students, and job seekers between the ages of 18 and 64. The results acknowledged LG Energy Solution Wroclaw’s nurturing work environment and real opportunities for career advancement. The company ranked second overall this year, improving on last year’s position and overtaking many well-known, highly respected companies.

Marzena Milinkiewicz, Managing Director of Randstad Poland, highlighted clear generational differences in how people perceive employers. “Different generations choose employers based on their unique needs, shaping the job market and its evolution,” said Milinkiewicz. “Gen Z values a friendly work environment, salary, and development opportunities, while older generations prioritize salary, job stability, and financial security.”
