LG Energy Solution Wroclaw is the largest battery manufacturer in Europe, specializing in batteries for electric vehicles, and since 2025 also for energy storage (ESS). In Biskupice Podgórne near Wroclaw there is an over 100-hectare, modern technology park where several thousand people, representatives of several nationalities, work. The company produces 700,000 EV batteries per year, and the company's goal is to produce one million electric car batteries per year. Batteries are being built in the factory near Wroclaw to power cars of leading global brands. In 2025, the company started producing batteries for energy storage, thus expanding its portfolio with solutions supporting the energy transformation.
