As the Part Leader for Planning within the Electrode Production Management Team, Figiel orchestrates the resources, budgets, and manpower required to power the future of electric mobility. “My job is to ensure that our resources, budgets, and manpower are aligned with our long-term manufacturing goals,” Figiel said.

It is incredibly rewarding to know that my analytical approach directly empowers the production team to solve technical challenges more efficiently.”

At LG Energy Solution Wroclaw, Figiel’s leadership places immense importance on navigating the intersection of Korean corporate culture and local Polish heritage. “My role is to act as a mediator who deeply understands both corporate cultures,” Figiel said.
