LG Energy Solution Hits the Track to Present Better Future at EV Experience powered by LG Energy Solution Wroclaw

Among countless technologies and systems engineered for sustainable development, electric vehicles (EVs) are fast becoming the foundation for clean air and a healthy planet. This summer in Poland, LG Energy Solution (LGES) once again proved the expansion and growing significance of EVs, this time at the rip-roaring EV Experience powered by LG Energy Solution Wroclaw.

LGES Wroclaw partnered with the EV Klub Polska Foundation and Polish Alternative Fuels Association (PSPA) to put this event together, with the aim of jointly promoting electromobility and zero-emission transport. LGES Wroclaw, Europe’s largest manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries, was named an official partner of the car show featuring various attractions designed to educate and promote electromobility. This forward-thinking collaboration lies in line with LGES’s passion for the advancement of EV technology and expansion of sustainable transport.

From June 24-25 at the Tor Modlin race circuit in Nowy Dwór, thousands enjoyed the opportunity to attend educational workshops on electrification and zero-emission transport, and experienced the newest, most in-demand EVs in their market. On its first day, the event was open to businesses providing modern mobility to employees, but on the second day it opened its doors to every automotive enthusiast excited to learn more about what the latest EV tech has to offer and even get behind the wheel themselves.

Sustainable transport, safety, and economical driving are all important milestones in the fight to protect the climate. With this in mind, LGES prepared an ECO zone to share the secrets of electromobility with a wider audience and introduce its leading battery solutions – from its innovative cells and modules to widely used battery packs. Through interactive programs, such as insightful test drives of EVs available in Poland, LGES offered every participant the chance to experience an EV firsthand so that they could better understand the clear advantages of using zero-emission transportation. In addition, the 2nd EV Club Polska Rally, which had LGES battery-powered EVs racing for a place on the podium, demonstrated the company’s technological leadership to leave a lasting impression on the motor enthusiasts in attendance.

With a total of about 2,000 people attending, 5,500 kilometers driven over 27 hours and over 1,500 test drives done, this hugely successful two-day event effectively shared opportunities to experience EVs to convince people of the growing role of electromobility for the future of the global economy and climate neutrality.
